飞过来之前先看视频实拍 — 由我们亲自拍摄，而非中介的宣传片。随后把看房安排在一次行程里，让一周的旅程真正有收获 — 通常是两三天内看五到八套。

核查文件
产权、规划许可、能效证书，以及任何未经许可封闭的半户外空间。这项工作由您自己的律师完成，而不是卖方的律师，并且在付款之前进行。
04
成交与安顿
公证签约、产权过户、水电燃气过户到您名下。之后，如果您希望房子在闲置期间创收，我们还可协助办理短租牌照与托管。
