Thalpori is the non-profit initiative of Under the Greek Sun for housing in Greece — safe accommodation and routes back into everyday life, for the people who need them most.
“Thalpori” is the warmth of feeling welcomed, respected and supported. This is the experience we aim to offer the people we will host.

Where we are today
Honest about the stage we are at.
Thalpori is at the planning stage: identifying suitable spaces, planning the accommodation with specialists, and defining needs, costs and implementation stages. We are seeking partners to help with spaces, equipment, professional support, volunteering and funding for our social work.

Our voice for her return
Six Caryatids. One absence.
The six Caryatids supported the roof of the Erechtheion’s south porch. Five are in the Acropolis Museum; the sixth is in the British Museum, following its removal in 1804. We support her return to Greece and her reunification with the others — through public information, cultural conversations and awareness initiatives. A cultural commitment alongside our social mission.
