What we need from you

PhotographsTen or more, landscape, daylight. If the set is weak we will say so — bad photos cost you more than any fee.
The basicsPrice, floor area, plot, bedrooms, bathrooms, year built or renovated, and the area name.
Energy classRequired by Greek law on every advertisement. Send the certificate or the class letter.
Legal statusWhether the title is clean, whether there is any unpermitted work, and whether a rental licence exists.
Who to send buyers toA name, an email and a phone. That is where every enquiry lands.

Every listing sent to us before 31 December 2026 is published free and stays free until it sells. We are building a collection worth flying for, and we would rather have the right houses than the fee.
